Abstract:
Aiming at the problem of large deformation in the return air roadway of the 91-105 working face in Wangzhuang Coal Mine, four types of support schemes are proposed, numerical simulation is conducted to analyze the displacement fields and plastic zones of the return air roadway under these four support schemes. The research results indicate that, the "strong angle" asymmetric support scheme (Scheme IV) can effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock and the development of the plastic zone of the roadway in the working face under the condition of the row spacing of 700 mm × 1000 mm without increasing the support cost and the amount of work. The field measurement shows that the roof subsidence of the roadway is about 50 mm, the floor heave is about 19 mm, and the horizontal displacement of the two sides is about 23 mm. The surrounding rock is not obviously broken, which verifies the feasibility of this scheme. The research results provide scientific theoretical basis and technical support for similar projects.
