Abstract:
In view of the roof stability problem of the 28210 fully mechanized mining face under complex geological conditions, a roof control technology aiming at fault zones and collapse column areas is proposed. By analyzing the impact of factors such as mine pressure fluctuation and roof deformation and others on the safety of the working face, technologies such as advanced grouting reinforcement in fault zones, flexible support in collapsed column areas, lagging support of brackets, blasting roof cutting and intelligentization posture adjustment system, etc., are applied. In practical applications, the effectiveness of each item of technical measures is verified by comparing the data of mine pressure, roof displacement, and system response time before and after the technologies application. The results indicate that after application, the mine pressure is generally decreased, the roof displacement is significantly reduced, and the system response time is significantly shortened, among them, the intelligentization posture adjustment system shortens the response time from 15 minutes to 5 minutes, and the early warning accuracy rate of roof displacement exceeding reaches 92%, which significantly improve the dynamic adaptability and safety guarantee level, and further promote the development of mine safety production technologies.
