Abstract:
In view of the problems of high gas emission quantity, difficult dust governance, complex ventilation network and others faced by Mudanba Coal Mine, based on the theory of split ventilation, a corner gas governance system of "U-shaped ventilation+negative pressure injection" is constructed by adopting multi-wellhead collaborative network optimization and regional removing outburst-three-dimensional extraction collaborative technology; Through the three-level gradient resistance control strategy, the system maintains an equivalent orifice of 3.34 m
2, a ventilation-extraction linkage control model is established. After implementation, the absolute gas emission quantity is decreased from 12.8 m
3/min to 4.3 m
3/min, and the emergency response time is shortened from 8.2 min to 3.2 min. The research results provide a technical paradigm of "dynamic prevention and control-intelligent linkage" for optimizing ventilation systems in high gas mines.
