Abstract:
In view of the problems of trackless transportation equipment in open-pit mines such as positioning error exceeding the standard, communication delay, low temperature attenuation of batteries and others under extreme temperature difference, an intelligent production management system based on a three-tier architecture (perception layer, transmission layer, processing layer) is proposed by adopting 5G+UWB heterogeneous networking, improving LSTM fault prediction model and dynamic path planning algorithm. The practical results show that after the system implementation, the equipment failure rate is decreased by 30% (the monthly average shutdown time is shortened from 42 h to 29.4 h), and the efficiency of single vehicle cycle operation is improved by 20% through the optimization of transportation paths (the daily transportation volume is increased from 3850 t to 4620 t); The positioning accuracy is improved to ±1.2 m, the end-to-end latency of 5G network is compressed to 18ms, and the battery life attenuation rate of the battery management system is controlled within 12% under a −32 ℃ environment, forming a full chain technical system covering "data acquisition-intelligent analysis-decision execution", providing a reusable engineering technology scheme for the intelligentization construction of open-pit mines in alpine regions.
