Abstract:
In the process of intelligentization mining in coal mines, the technological upgrade of hydraulic support liquid supply system has become a key link to improve production efficiency. Aiming at the existing prominent problems such as low emulsion ratio accuracy, high energy consumption, lack of fault protection mechanism and others in the traditional hydraulic support liquid supply system of Chaili Coal Mine, an intelligent liquid supply system with ground and downhole collaborative control is innovatively constructed. By relocating the emulsion ratio and preparation process to the ground for conducting centralized management, and combining with the variable frequency control and added protection control of the downhole pump station, applying the ground liquid dispensing-downhole constant pressure dual closed-loop control model to achieve the full process optimization of the liquid supply system. The on-site practical application data indicate that this system significantly reduces operational maintenance costs while ensuring the stable operation of hydraulic support, the comprehensive efficiency of the emulsion pump station is improved to 79.7%, and the fault shutdown time is decreased by 66% year-on-year, the annual savings of the maintenance cost for a single working face exceed 800 000 yuan, providing a key technical support for the construction of intelligentization mines.
