下霍煤矿安全智慧管控云平台的建设和应用研究

Construction and Application Research of Safety Smart Management and Control Cloud Platform in Xiahuo Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 针对下霍煤矿信息孤岛严重、隐患处置滞后等问题,基于“人—机—环—管”四维融合理念,构建了安全智慧管控云平台,提出“六层技术架构+九大功能子系统”业务体系,集成多源异构数据处理、图像识别、知识图谱与数据挖掘等关键技术。平台部署覆盖700余套传感设备,日均采集数据超200万条,实现了风险辨识准确率由65%提升至92%以上,隐患处置时间由48 h缩短至2 h以内,月均自动识别违章60余起,整改效率提升66%,管控成本降低21%。研究结果表明,该平台显著提升了下霍煤矿安全管理的智能化水平与运行效率,为实现本质安全提供了可行路径。

     

    Abstract: In view of the serious problem of information isolated island and the lag of hidden danger disposal in Xiahuo Coal Mine, based on the four-dimensional integration concept of "human machine environment management", a security intelligent management and control cloud platform was built, and the business system of "six tier technical architecture+nine functional subsystems" was proposed, integrating key technologies such as multi-source heterogeneous data processing, image recognition, knowledge map and data mining. The platform deployment covered more than 700 sets of sensing equipment, and collected more than 2 million pieces of data on a daily basis, which improved the accuracy of risk identification from 65% to more than 92%, shortened the time for potential hazard disposal from 48 hours to less than 2 hours, automatically identified more than 60 violations every month, improved the efficiency of rectification by 66%, and reduced the cost of control by 21%. The research results show that the platform significantly improves the intelligence level and operation efficiency of safety management in Xiahuo Coal Mine, and provides a feasible path for realizing intrinsic safety.
