  • 摘要: 为解决煤矿调度指挥中心生产调度效率低、信息传输滞后的难题,设计了一种基于智能化矿山建设的调度指挥中心系统。该系统集成了大屏显示、图像处理、分布式坐席管理和一体化管理平台,利用物联网、大数据及高速网络通信技术,实现矿井实时数据的采集、处理和展示。大屏显示系统采用COB LED小间距技术,提供高清晰度显示;图像处理系统优化信号处理与传输速度;分布式坐席管理系统确保数据低延迟、高可靠性传输;一体化管理平台实现统一调度和监控。系统显著提高了生产调度响应速度和准确性,支持高并发数据处理,符合智能矿山建设需求。实施结果显示,系统提升了矿井生产效率和安全管理水平,验证了智能化矿山建设的可行性。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the difficult problems of low production dispatching efficiency and lagging information transmission in coal mine dispatch command center, a dispatch command center system based on intelligentization mine construction is designed. This system integrates large screen display, image processing, distributed seat management, and integrated management platform, utilizing Internet of Things, big data, and high-speed network communication technology to achieve real-time data acquisition, processing, and display in mines. The large screen display system adopts COB LED small pitch technology to provide high-definition display; The image processing system optimizes signal processing and transmission speed; The distributed seat management system ensures data low latency and high reliability transmission; The integrated management platform achieves unified dispatching and monitoring. The system significantly improves the response speed and accuracy of production dispatching, supports high concurrency data processing, and meets the intelligent mine construction requirements. The implementation results indicate that the system improves the mine production efficiency and safety management level, and verifies the feasibility of intelligentization mine construction.
