Abstract:
In order to solve the difficult problems of low production dispatching efficiency and lagging information transmission in coal mine dispatch command center, a dispatch command center system based on intelligentization mine construction is designed. This system integrates large screen display, image processing, distributed seat management, and integrated management platform, utilizing Internet of Things, big data, and high-speed network communication technology to achieve real-time data acquisition, processing, and display in mines. The large screen display system adopts COB LED small pitch technology to provide high-definition display; The image processing system optimizes signal processing and transmission speed; The distributed seat management system ensures data low latency and high reliability transmission; The integrated management platform achieves unified dispatching and monitoring. The system significantly improves the response speed and accuracy of production dispatching, supports high concurrency data processing, and meets the intelligent mine construction requirements. The implementation results indicate that the system improves the mine production efficiency and safety management level, and verifies the feasibility of intelligentization mine construction.
