小庄煤矿40307工作面支架选型及其适应性研究

Bracket Type Selection and Its Adaptive Research of the 40307 Working Face in Xiaozhuang Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 针对小庄煤矿40307工作面支架选型问题,采用载荷估算法、类比法等对支架参数进行研究。通过载荷估算法计算得到支架需要的支护强度为1.09 MPa,参考附近同类地质条件矿区开采经验,估算支架支护强度达到1.65 MPa,40205工作面实测最大工作阻力16 688 kN。小庄煤矿40307工作面最终确定ZF18000/23/42D型四柱支撑掩护式放顶煤支架,能够与矿内现有的MG500/1330-W型电牵引采煤机及SGZ1000/2×1200型刮板输送机实现高效协同作业,采用ZFG18000/25/40D反四连杆过渡支架。针对综采液压支架在松软底板条件下易出现的扎底及移架困难问题,结构设计中优化抬底机构进行适应性改造,扎底率降低45%、移架效率提升30%,应用效果良好。

     

    Abstract: In view of the bracket type selection problem of the 40307 working face in Xiaozhuang Coal Mine, a research is conducted on the bracket parameters by adopting load estimation method, analogy method and others. Through load estimation method, the required support strength of the bracket is calculated to be 1.09 MPa. Referring to the mining experience of nearby mining areas with similar geological conditions, the estimated support strength of the bracket reaches 1.65 MPa, and the actual measured maximum working resistance of the 40205 working face is 16 688 kN. The ZF18000/23/42D type four column support shield-type top coal caving bracket is finally determined for the 40307 working face in Xiaozhuang Coal Mine, which can achieve efficient collaborative operation with the existing MG500/1330-W type electric traction shearer and SGZ1000/2×1200 type scraper conveyor in the mine, ZFG18000/25/40D anti four-bar linkage transition bracket is adopted. Aiming at the problems of underframe sinking and difficulty in bracket shifting of the fully mechanized mining hydraulic support that are prone to occur under the soft floor condition, the bottom lifting mechanism is optimized in the structural design for adaptive transformation. The underframe sinking rate is decreased by 45%, the bracket shifting efficiency is improved by 30%, and the application effect is good.
