推移式超前支护装置在深部巷道掘进中的应用

Application of Push-type Advanced Support Device in Deep Roadway Excavation

  • 摘要: 塔山煤矿601工作面回风顺槽开采深度较深,巷道围岩频繁出现顶板离层、帮部鼓出等变形破坏现象,原有锚杆+网+索联合支护方案已不能满足安全生产需求。设计应用“循环支护、分段推进”工作方式的推移式巷道超前支护装置,该装置配备实时压力监测与自动补偿系统,支护力调节精度达±15 kN,响应时间<200 ms。应用结果表明:巷道顶板下沉和两帮收敛最大值分别降低61.3%和62.2%,围岩变形速率由5.8 mm/d降至2.1 mm/d;支护成本降低25.0%,掘进效率提升30.0%。

     

    Abstract: The mining depth of the 601 working face return air crossheading in Tashan Coal Mine is relatively deep, deformation and destruction phenomena such as roof layer separation, sides bulging and others are frequently occurred in the roadway surrounding rock. The original anchor rod+net+cable joint support scheme can no longer meet the safety production requirements. A push-type roadway advanced support device with a working mode of "cyclic support and segmented advancement" is designed and applied. This device is equipped with a real-time pressure monitoring and automatic compensation system, with a support force adjustment accuracy of ± 15 kN and a response time of <200 ms. The application results show that the maximum values of the roadway roof subsidence and the two sides convergence are reduced by 61.3% and 62.2% respectively, and the surrounding rock deformation rate is reduced from 5.8 mm/d to 2.1 mm/d; The support cost is reduced by 25.0%, and the excavation efficiency is improved by 30.0%.
