Abstract:
The mining depth of the 601 working face return air crossheading in Tashan Coal Mine is relatively deep, deformation and destruction phenomena such as roof layer separation, sides bulging and others are frequently occurred in the roadway surrounding rock. The original anchor rod+net+cable joint support scheme can no longer meet the safety production requirements. A push-type roadway advanced support device with a working mode of "cyclic support and segmented advancement" is designed and applied. This device is equipped with a real-time pressure monitoring and automatic compensation system, with a support force adjustment accuracy of ± 15 kN and a response time of <200 ms. The application results show that the maximum values of the roadway roof subsidence and the two sides convergence are reduced by 61.3% and 62.2% respectively, and the surrounding rock deformation rate is reduced from 5.8 mm/d to 2.1 mm/d; The support cost is reduced by 25.0%, and the excavation efficiency is improved by 30.0%.
