厚硬顶板超前切顶沿空留巷技术研究

Research on Technology of Advanced Roof Cutting and Retaining Roadway Along Goaf in Thick and Hard Roof

  • 摘要: 针对厚硬顶板沿空留巷巷旁支护体支承压力大、留巷围岩控制难度高的问题,采用超前切顶卸压与高水材料巷旁充填支护技术,改造厚硬顶板侧向破断结构,形成短悬臂梁结构,减少留巷巷道上方顶板小结构承载的整体压力,减小厚硬顶板传递到高水材料巷旁充填体上的载荷。经现场应用后发现,该技术能有效控顶,巷道整体成型效果较好,顶底板相对移近量445.4 mm,两帮相对移近量389.6 mm,为厚硬顶板沿空留巷提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problem of large support pressure of the roadway side support bodies and high difficulty in controlling retaining roadway surrounding rock of the retaining roadway along goaf of the thick and hard roof, advanced roof cutting pressure relief and roadway side filling support technology with high water material are adopted to transform the lateral breaking structure of the thick and hard roof, form a short cantilever beam structure, reduce the overall pressure carried by the small structure of the roof above the retaining roadway, and decrease the load transmitted from the thick and hard roof to the roadway side filling bodies with high water material. After on-site application, it is found that this technology can effectively control the roof, and the overall forming effect of the roadway is relatively good, the relative movement amount of the roof and floor is 445.4 mm, and the relative movement amount of the two sides is 389.6 mm, providing a reference for retaining roadway along goaf of thick and hard roof.
