软弱夹层顶板回采巷道预注浆加固及支护技术研究

Research on Pre-grouting Reinforcement and Support Technology for Weak Interlayer Roof Stoping Roadway

  • 摘要: 为降低复杂地质条件下巷道围岩变形,提升巷道掘进效率和安全性,以不连沟煤矿F6101综掘工作面为研究对象,采用预注浆围岩加固技术,对巷道围岩进行掘进前加固。FLAC3D数值模拟注浆加固前后的巷道围岩变形情况,顶板下沉量降低33.6%,两帮变形量降低37.4%。通过井下实际注浆实验,确定了注浆液在井下围岩内的扩散特性,结合施工区域地质条件确定巷道的最佳支护方案。监测表明,在支护方案相同的情况下,采用注浆加固区域的顶板下沉量比非注浆加固区域降低了62.4%,巷道两帮移近量降低了73.2%,注浆加固能够提升围岩的稳定性和承载特性。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce the deformation of roadway surrounding rock under complex geological conditions and improve the efficiency and safety of roadway excavation, taking the F6101 comprehensive excavation working face of Buliangou Coal Mine as the research object. Pre-grouting surrounding rock reinforcement technology is adopted to conduct reinforcement on the roadway surrounding rock before excavation. The deformation situation of the roadway surrounding rock before and after grouting reinforcement is concluded by FLAC3D numerical simulation, the roof subsidence amount is reduced by 33.6% and the two sides deformation amount is reduced by 37.4%. Through downhole actual grouting experiments, the diffusion characteristics of the grouting fluid in the downhole surrounding rock are determined, and the optimal support scheme for the roadway is determined combined with the geological conditions of the construction area. The monitoring shows that under the situation with same support scheme, the roof subsidence amount in the area adopted with grouting reinforcement is 62.4% lower than that in the area without grouting reinforcement, and the movement amount of the roadway two sides is reduced by 73.2%, grouting reinforcement can improve the stability and bearing characteristics of the surrounding rock.
