大倾角煤层巷道应力分布与支护工艺优化研究

Research on Stress Distribution and Support Process Optimization of Large Dip Angle Coal Seam Roadway

  • 摘要: 针对山西古县兰花宝欣煤业在大倾角煤层开采过程中面临的支护难度高、顶板破碎严重等难题,构建了一套基于分布式网络架构的智能压力监测系统。该系统在一采区东部巷道群部署了42个监测点位,以深入研究应力场的分布特征。通过运用多维数据融合方法对监测数据进行处理,建立了兼顾倾角影响的应力分布理论模型,并借助FLAC3D数值模拟验证,提出了差异化的支护参数方案,有效实现了对不同危险等级区域的精准支护,巷道维修频次降低75%,年度维护总成本降低44.87%,围岩完整性提高35%。

     

    Abstract: In view of the difficult problems such as high support difficulty, severe roof fragmentation and others in the mining process of large dip angle coal seams faced by Guxian Lanhua Baoxin Coal Industry in Shanxi Province, a set of intelligent pressure monitoring system based on distributed network architecture is constructed. This system deploys 42 monitoring points in the eastern roadway group of the first mining area to conduct in-depth research on the distribution characteristics of the stress field. Monitoring data are conducted to be processed by utilizing multi-dimensional data fusion method, a stress distribution theoretical model that takes into account the influence of inclination angle is established, and with the help of the verification of FLAC3D numerical simulation, differentiated support parameter schemes are proposed, precise support for areas with different dangerous levels is effectively achieved. The roadway maintenance frequency is decreased by 75%, the total annual maintenance cost is decreased by 44.87%, and the surrounding rock integrity is improved by 35%.
