复杂地层三翼钻头跟管冲击钻进技术研究

Research on Three-wing Drill Bit and Simultaneous Casing Percussion Drilling Technology in Complex Strata

  • 摘要: 针对复杂地层中易出现的钻孔坍塌、埋钻、卡钻等问题,基于跟管冲击钻进技术原理及钻具在孔内的受力分析,提出了一种可伸缩性三翼钻头跟管冲击钻进技术,有效优化了复杂地层的冲击回转工艺参数,通过搭建地面试验平台,测试三翼钻头的穿岩能力和护管跟进能力。试验表明:三翼钻头可以顺利钻进不同硬度的岩石,且钻机的扭矩、钻压、转速及钻速等主要性能参数会发生不同的波动。采用常规钻进方法贯通试验地层耗时5小时28分钟,成孔率最高仅为31.7%。相比之下,使用三翼钻头进行跟管冲击钻进,成孔率最高可达99.1%,最短耗时仅需2小时21分钟,其钻进效率为常规钻进方法的233%。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of hole drilling collapse, buried drilling, stuck drilling and others that are prone to occur in complex strata, based on the principle of simultaneous casing percussion drilling technology and the force analysis of drilling tools in the hole, a scalable three-wing drill bit simultaneous casing percussion drilling technology is proposed, which effectively optimizes the impact rotation process parameters of complex strata. By building a ground testing platform, the rock penetration ability and pipe protection follow-up ability of the three-wing drill bit are tested. The testing shows that the three-wing drill bit can smoothly drill into rocks with different hardnesses, and the main performance parameters of the drilling rig, such as torque, drilling pressure, rotation speed, and drilling speed, etc, will happen different fluctuations. It takes 5 hours and 28 minutes by adopting the conventional drilling method to penetrate the testing strata, with a maximum porosity rate of only 31.7%. In contrast, using a three-wing drill bit for conducting simultaneous casing percussion drilling can achieve a maximum porosity rate of up to 99.1% and a shortest time of only 2 hours and 21 minutes, and Its drilling efficiency is 233% of that of the conventional drilling method.
