基于气电双表法的煤矿空压站能效监测研究

Research on Energy Efficiency Monitoring of Coal Mine Air Compression Station Based on Gas-electric Dual Meter Method

  • 摘要: 针对煤矿空压站能效监测中气压波动、多机并联及高海拔环境干扰导致的气电数据割裂、卸载能耗量化偏差超3.2%等问题,提出基于气电双表法的动态监测体系,采用气电双表同步采集与动态关联分析技术,构建三层模块化系统架构,集成压力变送器、涡街流量计与智能电表实现气压-气量-电量同步采集;开发气压-温度联合补偿模型,引入海拔梯度修正机制降低气量计量误差至0.8%;设计滑动窗口自适应滤波算法使压力波动标准差降低53.1%。在贵州大方煤业空压站应用中,系统实现单位能耗0.119 kW·h/Nm3,节能率21.8%,年节电量56.3万kW·h,并提前28 d预警3#空压机冷却器结垢故障。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of gas-electric data fragmentation, unloading energy consumption quantification deviation exceeding 3.2% and others caused by gas pressure fluctuation, multi-machine parallel connection, and high-altitude environmental interference in energy efficiency monitoring of coal mine air compression stations, a dynamic monitoring system based on gas-electric dual meter method is proposed. The gas-electric dual meter synchronous acquisition and dynamic correlation analysis technology are adopted to construct a three-layer modular system architecture, pressure transmitter, vortex flow meter, and smart meter are integrated to achieve synchronous acquisition of gas pressure-gas volume-electricity quantity; A gas pressure-temperature joint compensation model is developed and an altitude gradient correction mechanism is introduced to reduce the measurement error of gas volume to 0.8%; A sliding window adaptive filtering algorithm is designed to reduce the standard deviation of pressure fluctuation by 53.1%. In the application of the air compressor station in Guizhou Dafang Coal Industry, the system achieves a unit energy consumption of 0.119 kW·h/Nm3, an energy saving rate of 21.8%, an annual electricity quantity saving of 56 3000 kW·h, and an early warning of 28 days in advance for fouling faults in the cooler of the 3# air compressor.
