带式输送机传动滚筒力学特性与疲劳分析

Mechanical Properties and Fatigue Analysis of Transmission Drum in Belt Conveyor

  • 摘要: 针对带式输送机传动滚筒结构在复杂周期性交变载荷作用下易出现疲劳损伤的问题,研究基于有限元方法对滚筒结构进行了力学特性和疲劳寿命的深入分析。在详细分析输送带对滚筒施加的正压力和摩擦力特征的基础上,利用Workbench软件构建了滚筒结构的有限元模型,并通过模态和静力学分析,计算得出了滚筒结构的固有频率、模态振型、等效应力及位移变形分布情况。同时,基于实测载荷谱和Gerber修正法,结合材料S-N曲线及nCode软件,对滚筒结构进行了疲劳寿命评估,结果显示在每天工作16 h的情况下,滚筒结构的疲劳寿命可达14.6 a,为滚筒结构的寿命预测提供了重要依据。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problem that fatigue damage is prone to occur in transmission drum structure of belt conveyor under the action of complex cyclicity alternate load, the research conducts an in-depth analysis on the mechanical properties and fatigue life of the drum structure based on finite element method. On the basis of a detailed analysis of the positive pressure and friction characteristics exerted by the conveyor belt on the drum, a finite element model of the drum structure is constructed by utilizing Workbench software, and through modal and static analysis, the natural frequency, modal vibration mode, equivalent stress, and displacement and deformation distribution situation of the drum structure are concluded by calculation. At the same time, based on the actual measured load spectrum and Gerber correction method, combined with the material S-N curve and nCode software, the fatigue life evaluation is conducted on the drum structure, the results indicate that under the situation of working for 16 hours per day, the fatigue life of the drum structure can reach 14.6 years, providing a significant basis for the life prediction of drum structure.
