Design and Implementation of Automation Control System in the coal preparation plant Capacity Expansion and Transformation

  • 摘要: 针对选煤厂在扩能改造过程中面临设备老化、控制精度不足等突出性问题,研究采用“集中管理、分散控制”的三层分布式架构,集成S7-1516F-3PN/DP PLC、PROFIBUS-DP与工业以太网双协议通信网络,构建自动化控制系统。系统开发327个功能块,包括重介密度调节FB实现±0.003 g/cm3控制精度,浮选药剂控制FB基于128条模糊规则动态优化配比。工程实施后,重介旋流器Ep值从0.045 kg/L降至0.03 kg/L,分选精度提升33.3 %;浮选精煤灰分降低1.77 %至8.86 %;设备故障间隔时间延长70%,非计划停机减少62 %。系统年节电量27.8万kW·h,介质消耗降低1.2 kg/t原煤,综合经济效益达1260万元,投资回收期2.3 a。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the prominent problems of equipment aging, insufficient control accuracy and others faced by the coal preparation plant during the capacity expansion and transformation process, a three-layer distributed architecture of "centralized management, decentralized control" is studied and adopted, S7-1516F-3PN/DP PLC, PROFIBUS-DP, and industrial Ethernet dual-protocol communication network are integrated to construct an automation control system. The system develops 327 functional blocks, including heavy medium density adjustment (FB) achieving a control accuracy of ± 0.003g/cm3, and flotation reagent control (FB) dynamically optimizing the ratio based on 128 fuzzy rules. After the implementation of the engineering, the Ep value of the heavy medium swirler is decreased from 0.045 kg/L to 0.03 kg/L, and the sorting accuracy is improved by 33.3%; The ash content of flotation clean coal is decreased by 1.77% to 8.86%; The interval time between equipment failures is extended by 70%, the nmuber of unplanned shutdown times is reduced by 62%, the system saves 278 000 kW·h of electricity quantity annually, decreases medium consumption by 1.2 kg/t of raw coal, achieves a comprehensive economic benefit of 12.6 million yuan, and the investment payback period is 2.3 years.
