海天煤业掘锚一体化快速掘进技术及装备的应用研究

Application Research on Rapid Excavation Technology with Integrated Excavation and Anchoring and Equipment for Haitian Coal Industry

  • 摘要: 针对海天煤业3302运输巷软弱围岩条件下掘锚施工过程中截割扰动强、支护滞后与控护缺失等问题,构建“围岩扰动响应-支护时效匹配-装备功能适应”技术体系,提出低扰动截割、空顶距控制支护、多维协同支护、钻锚一体化及煤帮喷涂控护五项关键技术,研制具备小空顶距作业能力的掘锚一体机。通过工业性试验验证,空顶距控制至0.5 m,支护周期由45 min降至27 min,效率提升40%;掘进效率由月均200 m增至410 m,提升约95%;支护事故率由0.026次/m降至0.004次/m,降低85%。该系统实现“掘支同步-快速闭合”闭环作业机制,为“三软”条件下煤巷围岩安全高效掘进提供成套技术路径和示范方案。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems of strong cutting disturbance, lagging support, lack of control and protection and others during the excavation and anchoring construction process under the 3302 transportation roadway weak surrounding rock condition of Haitian Coal Industry, a technical system of "surrounding rock disturbance response-support time matching-equipment function adaptation" is constructed. Five items of key technologies, including low disturbance cutting, empty top distance control and support, multi-dimensional collaborative support, integrated drilling and anchoring, and coal side spraying control and protection are proposed. An integrated excavation and anchoring machine with small empty top distance operation capability is developed. Through industrial testing, it is verified that when the empty top distance is controlled to 0.5 m, the support cycle is decreased from 45 minutes to 27 minutes, and the efficiency is improved by 40%; The excavation efficiency is increased from an average of 200 m per month to 410 m per month, with an improvement of approximately 95%; The support accident rate is decreased from 0.026 times/m to 0.004 times/m, with a decrease of 85%. This system achieves a closed-loop operation mechanism of "synchronous excavation and support-rapid closure", provides a complete set of technical path and demonstration scheme for safe and efficient excavation of coal roadway surrounding rock under the "three soft" condition.
