台头前湾煤矿边坡修复工艺方法的应用研究

Application Research on Slope Repair Process Method in Taitou Qianwan Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 针对台头前湾煤矿78°高陡岩质边坡大面积裸露、植被直接种植难的技术难题,传统喷播技术存在基质流失率高达60%,且水分保持能力差,雨后3 d基质含水率即降至10%以下,导致植被存活率仅30%~50%等显著缺陷,研究提出“45°倾角钻孔(直径200 mm、深度700 mm)+基质土(含16%食用菌废渣、20%牛粪等有机组分)填充+小叶扶芳藤种植”的复合修复技术,通过钻孔填充基质土,使基质流失率降低至5%以内,基质含水率在雨后7 d仍能保持25%以上,系统性解决了传统修复中基质附着难、水分保持差的核心难题。经过两年的持续养护,该岩质边坡已全面复绿,植被存活率达100%,有效解决了水土流失问题,为同类矿山生态修复提供了可复制的技术范例。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the technical difficulties of highly exposed and difficulty in vegetation directly planting in the 78° high and steep rock slope in Taitou Qianwan Coal Mine, the traditional spray seeding technology has significant defects such as matrix loss rate of up to 60% and poor moisture retention ability, the matrix moisture content drops to below 10% after 3 days of rain, resulting in a vegetation survival rate of only 30%-50%, etc. A composite restoration technology of 45° inclination angle drilling (with a diameter of 200 mm, a depth of 700 mm)+matrix soil (containing 16% edible mushroom waste residue, 20% organic components such as cow manure) filling+small leaf wintercreeper planting is studied and proposed. By drilling and filling the matrix soil, the matrix loss rate is decreased to within 5%, and the matrix moisture content can still be maintained above 25% after 7 days of rain, the core difficulites of difficulty in matrix adhesion and poor moisture retention in traditional restoration are systematically solved. Through two years of continuous maintenance, the rock slope has been fully restored to green, with a vegetation survival rate reaching 100%, effectively solving the soil erosion problem and providing a replicable technical example for ecological restoration of similar mines.
