Abstract:
There exists a problem of information silos in the east well traditional telephone dispatching of Gequan Mine, and the data between various production data subsystems is not interconnected. Therefore, a comprehensive management and control platform is designed by adopting B/S architecture, safety subsystems such as mine personnel positioning, emergency broadcasting, safety monitoring, video monitoring, hydrological monitoring and others are integrated, and precise information dispatching is achieved through the self-built large database. Due to the intricacies of the original dispatching system, it is hard for dispatching personnels to rapidly and accurately dispatch. After the application of the platform, the issuing time of dispatching instructions is shortened from an average of 15 minutes to 3 minutes, the emergency response efficiency is improved by 80%, and the data interconnection rate is improved from 30% to 95%, effectively ensuring the efficient and speedy dispatching, improving the efficiency of production dispatching, and is worthy of promotion in similar types of mines.
