预裂爆破切顶留巷技术研究与应用

Research and Application of Pre-splitting Blasting Roof Cutting and Roadway Retaining Technology

  • 摘要: 针对施工沿空留巷工艺期间围岩变形量大、稳定性差的问题,以云煤二矿22204工作面为研究背景,提出预裂爆破切顶技术工艺,通过水胶炸药配合聚能管对巷道顶板实施聚能爆破。工作面回采期间,巷道顶底板最大移近量为319 mm,巷道两帮最大移近量为193 mm,同邻近未施工预裂切顶工作面相比,围岩变形量降低了38%,围岩稳定性得到有效改善。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems of large deformation amount and poor stability of surrounding rock during the construction period of roadway retaining along goaf process, taking the 22204 working face of Yunmei No.2 Mine as the research background, a process of pre-splitting blasting roof cutting technology is proposed, the implementation of energy gathering blasting on the roadway roof is conducted by combining water gel dynamites and energy gathering pipes. During the working face stoping period, the maximum displacement amount of the roadway roof and floor is 319 mm, and the maximum displacement amount of the two sides of the roadway is 193 mm. Compared with the adjacent unconstructed pre-splitting roof cutting working face, the deformation amount of the surrounding rock is decreased by 38%, and the stability of the surrounding rock is effectively improved.
