断层破碎带超前预裂方案优化与实践

Optimization and Practice on Advanced Pre-splitting Scheme for Fault Broken Zone

  • 摘要: 针对回采过断层期间采煤机截齿损耗严重、破岩难度大、回采效率低等难题,以协庄煤矿31130采煤工作面回采过F3 断层为研究对象,采用超前预裂回采工艺,通过“揭露断层研究图+优化炮眼布置+内窥仪观测”等联合技术方案,实现精准“所割即所爆”。应用效果表明,采用超前预裂技术后,回采效率提高67%,采煤机截齿损失降幅为75%,避免了顶板大面积破碎及冒顶。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the difficult problems of severe pick loss, large difficulty in rock-breaking, low stoping efficiency and others during the period of stoping passing through faults, taking the 31130 coal mining working face stoping passing through the F3 fault of Xiezhuang Coal Mine as the research object. The advanced pre-splitting stoping process is adopted, through joint technical schemes such as "exposing fault research map+optimizing blasthole layout+endoscope observation", etc, precise "what is cut is what is blasted" is achieved. The application effect shows that after adopting the advanced pre-splitting technology, the stoping efficiency is improved by 67%, the pick loss of the shearer is reduced by 75%, and the large-scale roof fragmentation and roof collapse are avoided.
