Abstract:
Aiming at the different problems of surrounding rock failure and deformation in narrow coal pillar roadway along goaf, taking the II7
226S working face of Renlou Coal Mine as the research object, by analyzing the influencing factors of surrounding rock deformation and failure, combined with the on-site condition, an optimization scheme for surrounding rock control technology in narrow coal pillar roadway along goaf is proposed. The research results show that the poor geological conditions at the working face, the decrease of roadway surface protection strength, and the poor grouting effect are the main factors causing roadway deformation. Based on the investigation and survey results, targeted optimizations are counducted on the roadway support scheme and grouting process, followed by industrial practice. The on-site monitoring results show that, after the construction of the optimization scheme, the maximum relative displacement value of the roadway roof and floor and the maximum convergence quantity of the two sides are 104 mm and 110 mm, respectively, the surrounding rock deformation is effectively controlled, and the roadway stability is significantly improved.
