  • 摘要: 为了提升井下采矿作业环境、优化作业流程,打造安全智能化矿山标杆,湖北杉树垭矿业有限公司研究引入数字孪生技术,构建全矿井全息孪生三维系统。该技术融合多源数据,实现井下三维模型中储量、地质、矿体及巷道等关键信息的自动更新与精准呈现,通过一张图展示矿山布局及作业环境,实时反馈地质变化与开采过程。实践应用表明,该技术显著提升采矿效率,有效监测预警安全风险,促进资源高效利用与环境保护,成为矿业智能化转型的关键。该研究不仅探索了数字孪生技术在矿山领域的创新应用,更为实现可持续发展与数字化转型提供了新路径,展现了重要价值。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the downhole mining operation environment, optimize the operation process, and create a benchmark for safe and intelligent mines, digital twin technology is studied and introduced by Hubei Shanshuya Mining Industry Co., Ltd., a holographic twin 3D system for the whole mine is constructed. This technology integrates multi-source data to achieve automatic update and precise presentation of key information such as downhole 3D model reserves, geology, mine bodies and roadways, etc, it displays the mine layout and operation environment through a single map, and provides real-time feedback on geological changes and mining processes. The practical application shows that this technology significantly improves mining efficiency, effectively conducts safety risks monitoring and early warning, promotes efficient resource utilization and environmental protection, and becoming a key factor in the intelligent transformation of mining industry. This study not only explores the innovative application of digital twin technology in the mining field, but also provides a new path for achieving sustainable development and digital transformation, exhibiting important value.
