赵庄煤业二盘区覆岩离层区注浆充填开采可行性研究

Feasibility Research on Grouting and Filling Mining in the Overburden Abscission Layer Zone in No.2 Panel Area of Zhaozhuang Coal Industry

  • 摘要: 针对赵庄煤业二盘区“三下”压覆资源回采受限、地表沉陷控制难、矸石堆存压力大等问题,提出覆岩离层注浆充填方案,覆岩结构探查确定亚关键层Ⅲ为注浆目标层,提出采宽≤267 m、隔离煤柱宽度≤30 m的开采布局,采用全段注浆与高压憋水伺服控制技术,形成埋深349.05 m、注浆压力4.0~4.5 MPa、水固比1.7∶1、日注浆量0.47万m3的系统参数。地表变形预测显示最大沉降量由1822 mm降至253 mm,满足Ⅰ级保护标准,有效保障铁路集运站与周边村庄安全。同时年消纳煤矸石74.25万t、注浆量155万m3,实现资源利用与减排效益。研究表明,该技术具备良好应用价值,为复杂压覆资源高效回采与绿色矿山建设提供技术参考。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems such as limited stoping of "three under" overburden resources, difficult control of surface subsidence, high pressure of gangue storage and others in No.2 panel area of Zhaozhuang Coal Industry, a grouting and filling scheme for overburden abscission layer is proposed, the sub key layer III is determined as the grouting target layer through overburden rock structure exploration, and a mining layout with a mining width of ≤ 267 m and isolated coal pillar width of ≤ 30 m is proposed, full section grouting and high-pressure water holding servo control technology are adopted to form system parameters with a burial depth of 349.05 m, grouting pressure of 4.0-4.5 MPa, water solid ratio of 1.7∶1, and daily grouting volume of 4700 m3. The surface deformation prediction indicates that the maximum subsidence amount is decreased from 1822 mm to 253 mm, meeting the level I protection standard and effectively guaranteeing the safety of railway collection stations and surrounding villages. Meanwhile, the annual consumption of coal gangue is 742 500 tons, and the grouting volume is 1.55 million m3, resource utilization and emission reduction benefits are achieved. The research shows that this technology has good application value and provides technical support for efficient stoping of complex overburden resources and green mine construction.
