大采高切顶留巷混凝土柔模技术应用研究

Application and Research on Concrete Flexible Formwork Technology for Large Mining Height Roof Cutting and Retaining Roadway

  • 摘要: 针对切顶卸压沿空留巷技术在软弱厚煤层条件应用中,动压显现强烈、巷道变形剧烈,切顶卸压沿空留巷技术实施困难等问题,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件分析了大采高软弱煤层条件下沿空留巷的变形规律,理论计算验证了柔性混凝土填充墙的承载能力,提出了“混凝土柔模+密集锚索梁+单体液压支柱”协同支护的围岩变形控制思路。数值计算结果表明,混凝土柔模能在一定程度上阻止沿空留巷顶板短臂梁的旋转,减小巷道顶板的变形。基于数值模拟和理论计算结果,设计了沿空留巷支护参数,并进行了现场试验。现场应用结果表明,在主动支护、单体液压支柱和柔模的共同支护下,沿空留巷顶板完整,围岩变形量处于可控范围内,现场应用效果良好,能够满足下一工作面的使用要求。

     

    Abstract: In view of the application of roof cutting pressure relief and retaining roadway along goaf technology in soft and thick coal seam conditions, there are problems such as strong dynamic pressure manifestation, severe roadway deformation, and difficulty in implementing the roof cutting pressure relief and retaining roadway along goaf technology, etc, FLAC3D numerical simulation software is adopted to analyze the deformation law of retaining roadway along goaf under the large mining height soft coal seam condition, the bearing capacity of the flexible concrete filling wall is verified by theoretical calculation, and a surrounding rock deformation control idea of concrete flexible formwork+dense anchor cable beam+single hydraulic support coordinated support is proposed. The numerical calculation results show that the concrete flexible formwork can to some extent prevent the rotation of the roof short arm beam of the retaining roadway along goaf, reduce the deformation of the roadway roof. Based on numerical simulation and theoretical calculation, the support parameters of retaining roadway along goaf are designed and on-site tests are conducted. The on-site application results show that under active support, single hydraulic support and flexible formwork joint support, the roof of the retaining roadway along goaf is intact, and the deformation amount of the surrounding rock is within a controllable range. The on-site application effect is good and can meet the usage requirements of the next working face.
