煤矿矿山机电设备智能化升级关键技术研究

Research on Key Technologies for Intelligent Upgrading of Mine Electromechanical Equipment in Coal Mines

  • 摘要: 针对松河煤矿机电设备老化、故障频发和能耗过大的问题,采用智能化升级技术,通过部署感知采集、数据传输和智能分析系统,提升了设备的运行效率与安全性。升级过程中,应用了本质安全型传感器、分布式数据采集系统和边缘计算技术,有效解决了矿井复杂工况中的数据传输与处理瓶颈。通过实施该技术方案,采煤机的日开机率提高了16.2%,设备综合效率(OEE)提升了18.5%,故障诊断准确率提高了21.8%,吨煤能耗减少了20.7%,年净收益达2170万元,投资回收周期为2.3 a,验证了智能化升级方案的可行性与经济效益。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of aging, frequent failures, and excessive energy consumption of electromechanical equipment in Songhe Coal Mine, intelligent upgrade technology is adopted, by deploying perception acquisition, data transmission, and intelligent analysis systems, the operational efficiency and safety of the equipment are improved. During the process of upgrading, intrinsically safe type sensors, distributed data acquisition system and edge computing technology are applied, which effectively solves the bottleneck of data transmission and processing in complex working conditions of the mine. Through implementing this technical scheme, the daily power-on rate of the shearer is improved by 16.2%, the overall equipment efficiency (OEE) is improved by 18.5%, the accuracy rate of fault diagnosis is improved by 21.8%, the energy consumption per ton of coal is reduced by 20.7%, the annual net income reaches 21.7 million yuan, and the investment payback period is 2.3 years, which verifies the feasibility and economic benefits of the intelligent upgrade scheme.
