Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of aging, frequent failures, and excessive energy consumption of electromechanical equipment in Songhe Coal Mine, intelligent upgrade technology is adopted, by deploying perception acquisition, data transmission, and intelligent analysis systems, the operational efficiency and safety of the equipment are improved. During the process of upgrading, intrinsically safe type sensors, distributed data acquisition system and edge computing technology are applied, which effectively solves the bottleneck of data transmission and processing in complex working conditions of the mine. Through implementing this technical scheme, the daily power-on rate of the shearer is improved by 16.2%, the overall equipment efficiency (OEE) is improved by 18.5%, the accuracy rate of fault diagnosis is improved by 21.8%, the energy consumption per ton of coal is reduced by 20.7%, the annual net income reaches 21.7 million yuan, and the investment payback period is 2.3 years, which verifies the feasibility and economic benefits of the intelligent upgrade scheme.
