  • 摘要: 针对付村煤业掘进工作面机电自动化技术应用进行深入研究,通过引入智能截割技术、自动装载运输系统、工作面环境监测系统和供电自动化系统等前沿技术,采用三级联动控制架构与模糊PID截割算法,实现机电系统的深度融合,从而推动掘进工作面的智能化升级改造。研究结果显示:截割精度从±50 mm提升至±20 mm,月均进尺增加50%;设备故障率降低60%,综合生产效率提升44.4%;环境监测准确率达到98%,报警响应时间缩短至3 s;供电可靠性提升至99.9%。机电自动化技术的应用显著提升了掘进工作效率和安全性,实现了减人增效的目标,为煤矿的安全高效生产提供了坚实的技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the application of electromechanical automation technology in excavation working faces of Fucun Coal Industry, an in-depth research is conducted. By introducing frontier technologies such as intelligent cutting technology, automatic loading and transportation system, working face environment monitoring system, and power supply automation system, etc, three-level linkage control architecture and fuzzy PID cutting algorithm are adopted to achieve deep integration of electromechanical system, thus promoting the intelligent upgrading and transformation of excavation working faces. The research results indicate that the cutting accuracy is improved from ± 50 mm to ± 20 mm, and the monthly average footage is increased by 50%; The equipment failure rate is reduced by 60%, and the comprehensive production efficiency is improved by 44.4%; The accuracy rate of environmental monitoring reaches 98%, and the alarm response time is shortened to 3 seconds; the reliability of power supply is improved to 99.9%. The application of electromechanical automation technology significantly improves the efficiency and safety of excavation work, achieves the goal of personnel reduction and efficiency increase, and provides solid technical support for the safe and efficient production of coal mines.
