Application of 10 kV High-voltage Frequency Converter in Downhole Belt Conveyor

  • 摘要: 针对兖煤万福能源有限公司井下主运带式输送机机头安装空间有限、现场环境较差、变频器运输安装不便等问题,采用矿用一般型变频器替代隔爆型变频器,将变频器安装在井下−820中央变电所,为变频器提供了一个通风良好、温度适宜、粉尘较低、干燥、宽敞的运行环境,降低了设备故障率,减少了维护量,同时采取10 kV高压远距离供电方式,利用单元级联正弦脉宽载波移相技术,解决了系统电压变化率大、谐波含量高等问题,提高了电机的安全使用性能。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems of limited installation space, relatively poor on-site environment, inconvenient transportation and installation of frequency converters and others for the main haulage belt conveyor head of Yanmei Wanfu Energy Co., Ltd., the mine used general type frequency converter is used to replace the flame-proof type frequency converter. The frequency converter is installed in the downhole −820 central substation, providing a well ventilated, suitable temperature, relatively low dust, dry, and spacious operating environment for the frequency converter, decreasing the equipment failure rate and reducing the maintenance quantity. At the same time, a 10 kV high-voltage long distance power supply way is adopted, and the unit cascade sine pulse width carrier wave phase shifting technology is used to solve the problems of large change rate of system voltage, high content of harmonic and so on, improving the safety usage performance of the motor.
