Abstract:
In order to address the problem of rock burst in working faces under complex geological conditions, taking the B43
lower00 working face of Jining No.3 Coal Mine of Yanzhou Coal Industry Co., Ltd. as the object, aiming at the geological factors such as coal seam occurrence characteristics, roof and floor characteristics, coal rock impact tendency, geostress influence and others of the working face, a detailed analysis is conducted. Furthermore, the influence of mining technology factors such as adjacent goaf, roadway intersection, mining layout and others on impact danger is analyzed. By combining large-diameter drilling pressure relief and roof advanced pre-splitting blasting, a dynamic and static load source separation prevention technology is proposed. After implementation, the daily vibration frequency is decreased by 39.1% year-on-year, the average daily total vibration energy is decreased by 42.9% year-on-year, the average daily maximum vibration energy is decreased by 50.4% year-on-year, the total impact energy is decreased by 42.9%, and the decrease of the maximum vibration energy is 50.4%, effectively reducing the vibration frequency and energy, reducing the comprehensive technical costs by 37%, and reducing the number of boreholes by 25%, providing technical references for similar engineering conditions.
