基于爆破能量分析的断顶卸压效果研究

Research on Effect of Roof Breaking and Pressure Relief Based on Blasting Energy Analysis

  • 摘要: 为验证爆破断顶卸压效果,以济宁三号煤矿采用深孔爆破断顶技术解决低位关键层应力集中为背景,基于动静载作用,通过关键层提前裂断释放变形能以降低应力集中强度,根据爆破诱发能量开展爆破断顶效果研究。以未扰动区域8次爆破单位能量平均值(424 J)为基础能量(E0),结合两个工作面数据,采用区域划分与主要影响因素法,分析得出单个关键因素下爆破诱发能量(E)与基础能量E0的倍数关系(如煤柱区域EE0的3倍),并总结倍数参考值。针对传统应力监测和裂隙观察法单点分析的局限性,建立多因素耦合的能量倍数评价体系,通过比较实际E倍数与参考值的比值判断效果,相差≤20%为良好,≥50%为差。该体系实现了爆破断顶效果的区域化、多因素综合评价。

     

    Abstract: In order to verify the blasting roof breaking and pressure relief effect, taking the deep hole blasting roof breaking technology adopted by Jining No.3 Coal Mine to solve the stress concentration in low-level key layers as the background, based on the dynamic-static load action, through the early fracturing of key layers, the deformation energy is released to reduce the intensity of stress concentration, and the blasting roof breaking effect research is carried out according to the blasting induced energy. Taking the average value of unit energy of 8 times of blasting in the undisturbed area (424 J) as the basic energy (E0), combined with data from two working faces, the methods of regional division and main influencing factors are adopted to analyze and obtain the multiple relationship between the blasting induced energy (E) and the basic energy E0 under a single key factor (such as the coal pillar area E being 3 times that of E0), and summarize the multiple reference values. In view of the limitations of traditional stress monitoring and single point analysis of fissure observation method, a multi-factor coupled energy multiple evaluation system is established, by comparing the ratio judgement effects of the actual E multiple and the reference values, a difference of ≤ 20% is considered good, while a difference of ≥ 50% is considered poor. This system realizes the regionalization and multi-factor comprehensive evaluation of the blasting roof breaking effect.
