基于超融合技术的信息一体化管控平台研发与应用研究

Research and Development and Application Research of Information Integrated Management and Control Platform Based on Hyper-fusion Technology

  • 摘要: 针对门克庆煤矿智能化系统建设中多子系统接口标准不统一、数据难共享形成孤岛、算法模型跨系统适配与调用效率低以及瓦斯超限、通风异常、排水故障、供电中断等安全场景的联动处置响应偏慢等问题,依托超融合与数据中台,构建“感知-基础设施-中台-应用”四层一体化平台。以分布式块存储、资源池化与“三段式数据融合”(模式注册-流式计算-特征仓库)为核心,实现在500 ms内对齐的多源高频数据与热插拔调用,并实施公司-矿端两级部署及统一接口、联动预案。运行表明:30余套业务与生产子系统实现100%互联互通,接口兼容率由40%提升至100%;日均采集>3亿条,累计历史数据规模>200 TB;日常运维5人/日降至1人/日,复杂故障平均响应时间由90 min缩短至54 min,调度效率提升约25%,重大事故隐患闭环≤24 h。研究结果表明,该平台在系统集成、数据治理与联动管控方面具有良好的工程适用性与可复制性。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems in intelligent system construction of Menkeqing Coal Mine, such as inconsistent interface standards of multiple subsystems, difficulty in data sharing resulting in isolated island, low efficiency in cross-system adaptation and invocation of algorithm models, and relatively slow scene linkage disposal response in areas like gas exceeding limit, ventilation abnormality, drainage malfunction and power supply outage and so on, etc, a four layer integrated platform of "perception-infrastructure-middle platform-application" is constructed based on hyper-fusion and data middlem platform. Taking distributed block storage, resource pooling, and "three-stage type data fusion" (mode registration-stream computing-feature warehouse) as the core, achieving multi-source high-frequency data alignment within 500 ms and hot swap invocation, and implementing company-mining end two-level deployment, uniform interface, and linkage contingency plan. The operation shows that over 30 sets of business and production subsystems achieve 100% interconnection and interoperability, and the interface compatibility rate is improved from 40% to 100%; The daily collection exceeds 300 million records, the cumulative historical data scale exceeds 200 TB. The daily operation and maintenance personnel is decreased from 5 people/day to 1 person/day, the average response time of complex failures is shortened from 90 minutes to 54 minutes, the dispatching efficiency is improved by about 25%, and the closed-loop of major accident hidden dangers is ≤24 hours. The research results show that this platform has good engineering applicability and replicability in terms of system integration, data governance, and linkage management and control.
