黄土坡煤业厚煤层沿空掘巷快速掘进技术的工业性试验

Industrial Testing of Roadway Excavation Along Goaf Rapid Excavation Technology for Thick Coal Seams in Huangtupo Coal Industry

  • 摘要: 针对黄土坡煤业9103轨道巷在近距离动压厚煤层条件下围岩失稳、动压影响强烈、掘进效率低等问题,采用FLAC3D数值模拟与现场监测,优化煤柱宽度4.5 m、锚索预紧力230 kN、间排距1300 mm×2000 mm、长度5300 mm高强度低密度支护参数。结合“MB670-1掘锚机+PZL1500/300型转载破碎机+DZQ100/100/40带式转载机+DSJ-100/80/2×132胶带输送机”成套机械化作业线,提高掘进效率,实现最高日进尺达20 m,月平均进尺250 m,工期缩短2.5个月。矿压监测表明,围岩松动圈缩小50%,顶板离层量降低41.7%,顶板下沉≤9 mm、两帮最大相对移近量33 mm,变形速率稳定在0~3 mm/d,巷道稳定性显著改善。快速掘进作业使人工参与率降至35%,安全事故发生率下降50%,提前回采增益3 356.56万元。研究为高效、安全、经济的快速掘进提供了有效解决方案。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems of surrounding rock instability, strong dynamic pressure impact, low excavation efficiency and others in the 9103 track roadway under the condition of close distance dynamic pressure thick coal seams in Huangtupo Coal Industry, FLAC3D numerical simulation and on-site monitoring are adopted to optimize the high-strength and low-density support parameters of coal pillar width of 4.5 m, anchor cable pretension of 230 kN, row spacing of 1300 mm×2000 mm, and length of 5300 mm. Combined with the complete set of mechanized operation line of "MB670-1 roadheader+PZL1500/300 type transfer crusher+DZQ100/100/40 belt transfer machine+DSJ-100/80/2×132 belt conveyor", the excavation efficiency is improved, achieving a maximum daily footage of 20 m and an average monthly footage of 250 m, shortening the construction period by 2.5 months. The mine pressure monitoring shows that the loose circle of the surrounding rock is contracted by 50%, the layer separation amount of the roof is reduced by 41.7%, the roof subsidence is≤9 mm, the maximum relative displacement amount between the two sides is 33 mm, the deformation rate remains stable at 0-3 mm/d, and the roadway stability is significantly improved. The rapid excavation operation reduces the manual participation rate to 35%, decreases the incidence rate of safety accidents by 50%, and increases the benefit of the advanced stoping by 33.565 6 million yuan. The research provides effective solutions for efficient, safe, and economical rapid excavation.
