预警系统在煤矿水害事故风险防范中的应用

  • 摘要: 煤矿水害是制约煤矿安全生产的关键风险因素之一,精准预警是水害防控的核心环节。针对传统预警系统多源数据联动不足、阈值静态化导致预警精度与时效性受限的问题,构建了地表水-地下水-矿井涌水一体化预警系统。该系统整合地表水水位、地下水水压及矿井涌水量等实时监测数据,运用时空关联分析模型开展多源数据融合与趋势预测,通过动态修正预警阈值实现对矿井涌水动态变化的实时感知。实际应用验证显示,系统可将水害撤人预警范围精确至作业点级别,预警提前时间达5 min以上,显著提升了预警的精准性与响应效率。研究成果突破了传统预警模式的局限,为煤矿水害风险防控提供了科学决策依据,对保障煤矿安全生产具有重要实践价值。

     

    Abstract: Coal mine water disasters are one of the key risk factors restricting coal mine safety production, and accurate early warning is the core link of water disaster prevention and control. In view of the problems of insufficient multi-source data linkage and limited early warning accuracy and timeliness caused by threshold staticization in the traditional early warning system, an integrated early warning system of surface water - groundwater - mine water inflow is constructed. The system integrates real-time monitoring data such as surface water level, groundwater pressure, mine water inflow and others, and uses spatiotemporal correlation analysis model to carry out multi-source data fusion and trend prediction. By dynamically correcting early warning thresholds, real-time perception of dynamic changes in mine water inflow is achieved. The practical application verification indicates that the system can accurately determine the early warning range of the water disaster personnel evacuation to the operating point level, with an early warning advance time of more than 5 min, significantly improving the accuracy and response efficiency of the early warning. The research results break through the limitations of the traditional early warning mode, providing scientific decision-making basis for water disaster risk prevention and control in coal mines, and have important practical value for ensuring coal mine safety production.
