煤矿井下供电系统高压真空配电装置智能化升级改造技术研究

Research on Intelligent Upgrade and Transformation Technology of High Voltage Vacuum Distribution Device in Downhole Power Supply System of Coal Mines

  • 摘要: 针对传统煤矿井下供电系统中高压真空配电装置保护功能单一、运维效率低及越级跳闸频繁等问题,提出并实施了一套基于“感知-网络-平台-应用”四层架构的高压真空配电装置智能化升级改造方案。技术路径包括智能保护装置与远控单元集成、无源无线测温系统构建、辅助监控系统部署及智能化管控平台建设,系统实现了实时故障诊断、远程操作控制及状态预测分析等功能。在山西保德煤矿的实际应用表明,该系统能够有效提升供电网络的安全性与可靠性,大幅降低人工操作失误,实现故障精准定位与快速响应,年均越级跳闸次数降为零,远程控制成功率达99.9%,能够提升运维效率和经济效益,验证智能化改造的可行性与优越性。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems of single protection function, low operation and maintenance efficiency, frequent override tripping and others in the traditional downhole power supply system of coal mines, a set of intelligent upgrade and transformation technologies for high-voltage vacuum distribution device based on a four layer architecture of "perception - network - platform - application" are proposed and implemented. The technical path includes the integration of intelligent protection device and remote control units, the construction of passive wireless temperature measurement system, the deployment of auxiliary monitoring system, and the construction of intelligent management and control platform, functions such as real-time fault diagnosis, remote operation control, state prediction analysis and others are systematically achieved. The practical application in Baode Coal Mine in Shanxi Province shows that the system can effectively improve the safety and reliability of the power supply network, significantly reduce manual operation errors, achieve accurate fault positioning and rapid response, reduce the average number of override tripping to zero per year, realize a remote control success rate of 99.9%, improve operation and maintenance efficiency and economic benefits, and verify the feasibility and superiority of intelligent transformation.
