Abstract:
In view of the problems of difficulty in preparation and separation and others caused by low metamorphism degree of low-rank coal, large downhole water volume, wet and sticky coal quality, and severe gangue mudification in the western area of Dananhu mining area in Hami, Xinjiang, a systematic preprocessing measure of "downhole water control - wet coal diversion - gangue desliming" is proposed to guarantee efficient separation of raw coal, and two processes of dry wet combined and full grain size dry separation, are recommended. The practice of the No. 7 well in Dananhu shows that both processes meet the coal quality requirements of the supporting pithead power plant. Among them, the dry wet combined process has high separation accuracy, excellent clean coal quality, and good economic benefits, which is the optimal scheme of this mine. Other mines in the mining area can adopt it according to product positioning after comparison and selection. This research not only solves the difficult problem of efficient separation of low-rank coal prone to mudification in this mining area, but also provides technical reference for similar mining areas.
