新疆哈密大南湖矿区西区低阶易泥化煤高效分选工艺研究

Research on Efficient Separation Process for Low-rank Coal Prone to Mudification in the Western Area of Dananhu Mining Area, Hami, Xinjiang

  • 摘要: 针对新疆哈密大南湖矿区西区低阶煤变质程度低、井下水量大、煤质湿粘且矸石泥化严重导致洗选困难等问题,提出“井下控水-湿煤分流-矸石解泥”系统性预处理措施,保证原煤高效分选,并推荐干湿联合和全粒级干选两种工艺。大南湖七号井实践表明,两种工艺均满足配套坑口电厂煤质要求,其中干湿联合工艺分选精度高,精煤质量优,经济效益好,为该矿最优方案,矿区内其他矿井可根据产品定位比选采用。研究不仅解决了该矿区低阶易泥化煤的高效分选难题,同时为类似矿区提供了技术参考。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems of difficulty in preparation and separation and others caused by low metamorphism degree of low-rank coal, large downhole water volume, wet and sticky coal quality, and severe gangue mudification in the western area of Dananhu mining area in Hami, Xinjiang, a systematic preprocessing measure of "downhole water control - wet coal diversion - gangue desliming" is proposed to guarantee efficient separation of raw coal, and two processes of dry wet combined and full grain size dry separation, are recommended. The practice of the No. 7 well in Dananhu shows that both processes meet the coal quality requirements of the supporting pithead power plant. Among them, the dry wet combined process has high separation accuracy, excellent clean coal quality, and good economic benefits, which is the optimal scheme of this mine. Other mines in the mining area can adopt it according to product positioning after comparison and selection. This research not only solves the difficult problem of efficient separation of low-rank coal prone to mudification in this mining area, but also provides technical reference for similar mining areas.
