  • 摘要: 针对矿山安全治理传统“人防”模式存在的监管盲区多、手段滞后、数据真实性不足等问题,在政策扶持、技术成熟与行业刚需驱动下,开展矿山安全治理智能化转型研究。通过剖析现阶段矿山安全治理短板与现实挑战,构建以无人机三维测绘、数字矿图为核心的技术应用体系,涵盖航测规划、三维精细建模、工程参数自动解算、三维视觉语义识别与多期模型对比分析等内容,明确技术路线与实施路径。该体系可实现矿山形变自动监测、隐患智能识别与矿图动态更新,同时赋能政府部门精准监管和企业安全自控,推动矿山安全治理向智能化、精细化闭环管理升级,为解决矿山安全治理难题提供技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: Aiming to address the issues of numerous regulatory blind spots, outdated methods, and insufficient data authenticity in traditional "human defense" models of mine safety management, this study explores the intelligent transformation of mine safety governance under the driving forces of policy support, technological maturity, and industry demand. By analyzing current shortcomings and practical challenges in mine safety governance, the study establishes a technical application system centered on UAV-based 3D mapping and digital mine maps. This system encompasses aerial survey planning, high-precision 3D modeling, automated engineering parameter calculation, 3D visual semantic recognition, and multi-period model comparative analysis, defining the technical roadmap and implementation pathway. The system enables automatic monitoring of mine deformation, intelligent hazard identification, and dynamic mine map updates, empowering both government agencies with precise supervision and enterprises with self-controlled safety measures. It promotes the upgrade of mine safety governance toward intelligent and refined closed-loop management, providing technical support for resolving mine safety governance challenges.
