Abstract:
In view of the problems of severe mine pressure behavior and insufficient support adaptability under conditions of fault structure development, coal seam branching, and moderate rock burst, in the 5311 working face of Zhaolou Coal Mine, based on geological occurrence conditions and dynamic monitoring data, a "regional+local" monitoring system with SOS microseismic and KJ95X safety monitoring system as the core is constructed to clarify the corresponding relationship between the FZ8 fault impact zone, coal seam branching zone, and impact danger zone; By analyzing the working resistance of the support, roof layer separation, and surrounding rock deformation characteristics, the support parameters for different zones are optimized: strong impact zone (support spacing of 3 m, advanced support of 350 m), moderate impact zone (support spacing of 4.5 m, advanced support of 250 m), and weak impact zone (support spacing of 6 m, advanced support of 200 m). Large diameter advanced drilling pressure relief and prestressed anchor cables are adopted to strengthen the support. After implementation, though the support cost is increased by 13.1%, the roof layer separation is decreased by 26.5%, the support maintenance rate is decreased by 62.8%, and the average monthly advancing progress is increased by 8.8%.
