Abstract:
In view of the existing problems of resource waste, difficulty in maintaining roadways and others in traditional coal pillar retention and roadway protection in medium-thick and relatively thin coal seams with gently inclined weak roof and floor, application research is carried out on flexible formwork concrete wall retaining roadway along goaf technology. Taking theⅠ0104
303 working face of Shuangma No.1 Mine as the research background, a combination method of theoretical calculation and engineering practice is adopted to analyze the engineering geological conditions of the working face, optimize support parameters and construction process, and implement mine pressure monitoring. The research result indicates that the designed 1-m-thick C30 flexible formwork concrete wall combined with anchor mesh cable reinforcement support can effectively control the surrounding rock deformation; The maximum subsidence amount of the roof inside the retained roadway is 220 mm, the wall pressure is less than 12 MPa, and the mine pressure behavior is gentle. This research result provides a reliable reference for the application of retaining roadway along goaf technology under similar geological conditions.
