Abstract:
In view of the existing problems of low cyclic footage, high consumption amount of explosive per unit, poor contour control accuracy and others in the traditional wedge-shaped cutting process under hard roof and high geostress conditions in the 1305 main transportation crossheading of Jinzhong Tianyue Coal Mine, a composite cutting directional blasting technology of "central large-diameter empty hole+double-sided energy gathering cutting seam" is developed and applied. This technology achieves a directional rock breaking mechanism of "strong force presplitting - zoning stripping" and optimizes the radial decoupled and axially spaced charge structures of the surrounding holes by constructing a 150 mm central pressure relief chamber and combining it with double-sided 42 mm energy gathering cutting seam holes. The engineering practice results indicate that the single cycle footage is improved from 2.8 m to 3.2 m (with an increase of 14.3%), and the monthly average comprehensive footage is jumped from 135 m to 230 m (with an increase of 70.4%); The unit explosive consumption amount is decreased to 1.85 kg/m
3, and the large block rate (>0.5 m
3) is decreased from over 20% to below 8%; The half hole mark rate of the surrounding holes remains stable at over 85%, and the average over excavation amount is precisely controlled from 250 mm to within 80 mm. This result effectively breaks through the bottleneck of high stress hard rock roadway excavation, and provides engineering demonstration and technical reference for rapid excavation of coal mines under similar working conditions.
