Abstract:
Aiming at the JKM3.25 × 4 type multi-rope friction hoist in the auxiliary vertical shaft of Jiangzhuang Coal Mine, combined with on-site verification, protection testing, maintenance ledger and equipment parameters, risk factors are systematically identified from seven dimensions: wellbore equipment, brake hydraulic, electrical drag, protection interlock, steel wire rope friction, vehicle operation signal and management file. Based on the three parameter risk matrix of P, C, and E, the risk scoring basis, grade classification standard, and key unit scoring process are clarified, and evaluation thresholds for core indicators such as brake safety margin, steel wire rope tension deviation rate, speed control and so on are formulated. The research proposes a five in one management and control measure of "protection regular calibration, precise maintenance of braking system, continuous guarantee of electronic control performance, full life cycle management of steel wire rope, and closed-loop rectification of hidden dangers", constructs a risk prevention and control system covering the entire life cycle of equipment, and provides quantitative standards and implementation paths for special safety evaluation and dynamic management and control of the auxiliary vertical shaft hoist system, which can effectively improve the operational safety and reliability of hoists.
