剑麻纤维增强型喷涂堵漏风材料性能研究

Research on Performance of Sisal Fiber Reinforced Type Spray Air Leakage Blocking Material

  • 摘要: 针对具有冲击危险矿井顶板变形量较大,喷涂在沿空煤柱的水泥基材料易开裂,导致煤自燃防控难度增加的问题,基于纤维增韧技术,在水泥基喷涂堵漏风材料中加入不同长度、不同掺量的剑麻纤维,研发了纤维增强型喷涂堵漏风材料,采用三点弯曲、单轴抗压、劈裂拉伸和扫描电子显微镜研究掺剑麻纤维砂浆试样的抗折强度、抗压强度、抗拉强度和剑麻纤维在水泥基材料内的微观形貌,确定了剑麻纤维的最佳掺量。研究结果表明:长度为20 mm的纤维对水泥砂浆力学性能的增益效果优于长度为6 mm的纤维,砂浆中剑麻纤维的最佳掺量为1.5 kg/m3,砂浆试样的最大抗折、抗拉和抗压强度分别为6.21 MPa、4.00 MPa和13.81 MPa;剑麻纤维能有效阻止砂浆中微裂纹的扩展,并延缓微裂纹扩展为宏观大裂缝。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problem that the roof deformation amount of mines with impact hazards is relatively large,and the cement-based materials sprayed on the coal pillars along the goaf are easy to crack,which makes it more difficult to prevent and control coal spontaneous combustion,based on fiber toughening technology,different lengths and different dosages of sisal fibers are added to cement-based spray air leakage blocking materials to study and develop fiber reinforced type spray air leakage blocking materials.Three point bending,uniaxial compressive strength,brazilian tension,and scanning electron microscopy are used to study the flexural strength,compressive strength,tensile strength,and micro morphologies of sisal fibers in cement-based materials of mortar samples mixed with sisal fibers,and the optimal dosage of sisal fibers is determined.The research results show that fibers with a length of 20 mm have a better gain effect on the mechanical performance of cement mortar than fibers with a length of 6 mm.The optimal dosage of sisal fibers in mortar is 1.5 kg/m~3,and the maximum flexural,tensile,and compressive strengths of the mortar samples are 6.21 MPa,4.00 MPa,and 13.81 MPa,respectively;Sisal fiber can effectively prevent the propagation of microcracks in mortar and delay the propagation of microcracks into macroscopic large cracks.
