Abstract:
After the deep mining of coal resources in Bofang Coal Mine,the original stress state is destroyed,resulting in increased support stress in front of the working face and occuring obvious deformation of the roadway in front of the working face,seriously affecting the safety production of the coal mine.To this end,numerical simulation and application practical research are conducted on the control of roadway surrounding rock based on the theory of energy gathering blasting roof cutting and pressure relief.The "working face advanced roof cutting" (RCAWC) technology is adopted to reduce deformation by actively reducing stress.The mechanism of RCAWC to counteract mining stress is expounded,and the evolution law of bearing stress at different heights of RCAWC is analyzed.As the height of the RCAWC increases,the stress on the bridge abutment significantly decreases,but the negative correlation effect weakens with the cutting of the thick roof.The results show that after adopting RCAWC technology,the deformation of the roadway is reduced by 63.6%-75%,and the size of the protective coal pillar is reduced by about 1/3.RCAWC technology has a significant effect on aspects of preventing the propagation of mining stress to the roadway,reducing the degree of supporting stress,and ultimately relieving the stress and deformation of the surrounding rock.
