泰安煤矿带式输送机通信集控装置设计与应用

Design and Application of Communication Centralized Control Device for Belt Conveyor in Tai’an Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 为解决泰安煤矿井下带式输送机缺乏有效监测、通信和保护控制的问题,针对带式输送机运输系统需要更加完善的监测信息和控制手段,通过采用计算机控制技术、网络传输技术、可编程序控制器(PLC)和先进传感器技术相结合的通信集中控制方式,实现了带式输送机运输系统工况数据采集、显示、报警、保护控制以及电话通信的功能,完善了煤矿井下带式输送机运输的自动化控制性能,从而更进一步实现该矿的井下多网融合与应急联动的智慧矿山建设目标。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of lack of effective monitoring,communication,and protection control in the underground belt conveyor transportation of Tai’an Coal Mine,more comprehensive monitoring information and control methods are needed for its belt conveyor transportation system.By adopting a communication centralized control method combining computer control technology,network transmission technology,programmable logic controller (PLC),and advanced sensor technology,the collection,display,and alarm of operating data of the belt conveyor transportation system have been achieved.The functions of protection control and telephone communication have improved the automation control performance of underground belt conveyor transportation in coal mines,thereby further achieving the goal of intelligent mining construction of underground multi network integration and emergency linkage in the mine.
