Abstract:
Aiming at the existing problems of large impact on the power grid and machinery, low power factor, difficult speed regulation, and electric energy waste during heavy load start-up of the main shaft hoisting system in Hongyang Coal Mine,a variable frequency electric control device suitable for high-power explosion-proof hoist is designed based on vector control theory. This variable frequency electric control device by adopting dual three-level frequency converter topology structure, combining with soft start-up technology, optimized thermal design, and power non inductive generatrix technology, effectively reducing starting current shock and mechanical shock, and improving system power factor and speed regulation accuracy. The actual application operation results show that this variable frequency electric control device has significant advantages in aspects such as speed automatic control, heavy load start-up,energy saving, etc. The wear amount of the hoist damper brake is reduced by more than 80%,the power factor reaches 0.98,the harmonic content of the power grid is significantly suppressed, and the total power consumption is reduced by about 15% without changing the workload. It meets the requirements of modern coal mine production for efficient, stable, and safe main shaft lifting systems.
