Abstract:
The 19-22
# coal seam stoping roadway in Tanyaoyu Mine belongs to typical extra thick coal seam strong dynamic pressure roadway.Through numerical simulation,field investigation and research,experimental testing and other means,the study of strong mining roadway mine pressure behavior characteristics and surrounding rock control measures are carried out.Field investigation and research on the mine pressure characteristics of the stoping roadway during the mining period of the working face shows that traditional anchor net cable permanent support and single body column+wooden crib reinforcement support cannot effectively control the deformation and failure of the surrounding rock.Therefore,a strong support column with rapidly increasing impedance and anti high bias load is designed for reinforcement support.By optimizing the added resistance dielectric material and column body material and structure of the support column,a rapidly increasing impedance and anti high bias load strong support column with working resistance of 600 kN is designed.The application experiments show that after adopting the designed reinforcement support,the deformation amount of the section roadway affected by the advanced pressure is effectively controlled at a relatively low level.
