煤层巷道围岩力学参数分析及支护方案的确定

Analysis of Mechanical Parameters of Roadway Surrounding Rock in Coal Seam and Determination of Support Scheme

  • 摘要: 针对120710运输巷存在大变形、冒顶等问题,通过室内试验和数值模拟相结合的方法,运用空心包体应力解除法测量地应力,分析不同顶锚杆排距对巷道围岩稳定性影响,提出优化围岩支护参数技术措施,定量确定合理的顶锚杆排距,提出针对性的具体支护优化方案。优化支护方案后,巷道相对变形量较小,且支护成本较低,为类似地质条件下的煤矿巷道支护优化提供了一定的参考依据和研究基础。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the existing problems of large deformation,roof collapse and others in the 120710 transportation roadway,through a method of combining indoor experiment and numerical simulation,the ground stress is measured using the hollow inclusion stress relief method.The influence of different top anchor rod row spacings on the stability of the roadway surrounding rock is analyzed,and technical measures to optimize the surrounding rock support parameters are proposed.The reasonable top anchor rod row spacing is quantitatively determined,and the targeted specific support optimization scheme is proposed.After optimizing the support scheme,the relative deformation amount of the roadway is relatively small and the support cost is relatively low,providing a certain reference basis and research foundation for the optimization of coal mine roadway support under similar geological conditions.
