EBH315型悬臂式掘进机电气系统改造及应用

Electrical System Renovation and Application of the EBH315 Type Cantilever Type Roadheader

  • 摘要: 针对豹子沟煤矿EBH315型悬臂式掘进机电气系统存在液压推进与支撑监测参数不足、刀盘速度控制电机负载不均衡、远程控制及人机交互能力薄弱、位姿调整功能差的问题,对掘进机电气系统进行优化改造,以主从控制和多模通信技术为基础,增加液压推进与支撑模块传感器并将采集的数据以CAN总线通信发送给主控制器;采用“一主三从”连接方式和“一拖一”控制方式实现4台刀盘电机的变频调速控制;远程控制及人机界面进行人性化设计,实现故障可监测可预测,数据可存储可回溯;通过三轴加速度、三轴陀螺仪采集掘进机位姿原始数据并以Modbus TCP通信发送给主控制,实现位姿解算与纠偏。结果表明:改造后的EBH315型悬臂式掘进机电气系统运行安全、稳定,提升了设备的智能化水平;可将单月进尺由187 m提升至401 m,提高114.44%,经济效益显著。

     

    Abstract: In view of the existing problems of insufficient hydraulic propulsion and support monitoring parameters,unbalanced load on the cutterhead speed control motor,weak remote control and human-computer interaction capabilities,and poor posture adjustment function in the electrical system of the EBH315 type cantilever type roadheader in Baozigou Coal Mine,the electrical system of the roadheader is conducted to be optimized and transformed.Based on master-slave control and multimode communication technology,hydraulic propulsion and support module sensors are added,and the collected data are sent to the main controller through CAN bus communication;Adopting the "one main three slave" connection way and the "one drag one" control way to achieve variable frequency speed regulation control of four cutterhead motors;Humanized design for remote control and human-machine interface is conducted,achieving fault monitored and predictable,data storable and traceable;By using three-axis acceleration and three-axis gyroscope to collect posture raw data of the roadheader and sending them to the main control through Modbus TCP communication,posture calculation and correction are achieved.The results show that the transformed electrical system of the EBH315 type cantilever type roadheader operates safely and stably,improving the intelligentization level of the equipment;The monthly footage can be improved from 187 m to 401 m,an improvement of 114.44%,with significant economic benefits.
