“三下”压煤间隔膏体充填采煤技术研究

Research on Coal Mining Technology of "Three Down" Pressed Coal Interval Paste Filling

  • 摘要: 为解决铺龙湾煤矿五二采区煤层顶底板岩性差等问题,采用间隔膏体充填采煤技术,通过充填体对顶板和采空区进行支撑,可有效控制岩层移动。经分析,5211工作面实施分层充填下行开采方式,其中上、下分层的高度均为4.0 m;在对5211工作面整体布局进行深入研究的基础上,依据地质条件和开采技术要求等因素,确定将工作面划分为4个区段实施开采作业。支巷宽度拟定为4.0 m,支巷长度控制在100.0 m以内,而在支巷开采的工艺设计上,采用“采1留3”的开采模式,结合“分组轮次”的作业方式进行支巷开采。理论分析得出,实验室充填体材料的单轴抗压强度不低于3.98 MPa,最优配比为粉煤灰、水泥、煤矸石、水质量比1:1.3:8:2.7,质量浓度79%。研究成果能够保护地面建筑物和水体,实现矿区的可持续发展。

     

    Abstract: To solve the problems of poor lithology and others at the roof and floor of the coal seam in the No.52 mining area of Pulongwan Coal Mine,interval paste filling coal mining technology is adopted.The roof and goaf are supported by using filling bodies,the movement of the rock strata can be effectively controlled.After analysis,the 5211 working face implements a layered filling and downward mining method,with both upper and lower layers having a height of 4.0 m.Based on the in-depth research on the overall layout of the 5211 working face,according to the factors such as geological conditions,mining technology requirements and so on,the working face is determined to be divided into four sections for implementing mining operations.The width of the branch roadway is proposed to be 4.0 m,and the length of the branch roadway is controlled within 100.0 m.In the process design of the branch roadway mining,the "mining 1 leaving 3" mining mode is adopted,combined with the "grouping round" operation mode for branch roadway mining.The theoretical analysis concludes that the uniaxial compressive strength of laboratory filling body materials is not less than 3.98 MPa,and the optimal ratio is a mass ratio of fly ash,cement,coal gangue,and water of 1:1.3:8:2.7,with a mass concentration of 79%.The research results can protect ground buildings and water bodies,and achieve sustainable development of mining areas.
